  • ThsiSilkBox.com offer you a minimum order for custom made at 50 pieces per items and color. And turnaround time for custom made is 2 – 4 week upon design and qty.

Can I order in custom color?

  • Yes, each item we offer can be ordered in custom color to meet your requirements for your specific wedding theme and motif. Check out our custom color option page with over 100 color and shade choices to match your desired wedding theme.

Can I order custom made?

  • Yes, you can fully customize any item we offer as we also manufacture custom made products; paying close attention to the details and instructions of your requirements. Can I have monogram in my box? What kind of file format should I send?

  • Yes, we accept orders for invitation boxes using monograms for your design to make the product unique and truly customized. For this type of orders, kindly send your design in JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS or CDR format to ensure compatibility.

Can you design a logo for me?

What methods of payment you accept?

  • ThaiSilkBox.com accepting payment by credit card through PayPal.com with secure gateway. We also accept payment by western union and wire transfer

What are shipping and handling cost?

  • Shipping charge will automatically calculate base on items and qty. Average shipping cost will be decrease when having more qty of order. Bulk order will custom packing and rate will be quote by orders. You can ship via your own courier account.

When will my order arrive?

  • Standard items usually ship within 1-7 business days and land you doorstep in 3 business days via FedEx, custom made ship within 2-4 weeks, plus air shipping transit time before arrival. Tracking numbers will be immediate notified by email after shipped merchandize.

How do I track my shipment?

  • Tracking your shipment is fast and easy with ThaiSilkBox.com! Simply log in to your account and click onorder history to display the status for every transaction you do with us. You can track your shipped items at the bottom of each transaction’s page.

Return Policy.

  • If you wish to return the product, must be returned within 7 days after receiving the merchandise.  We do not accept return products after 7 days. You are required to request return merchandise authorization for any returns by contacting cs@thaisilkbox.com Customer are responsible for return shipping costs. Processing a refund may take up to two weeks after we received the return items. A 25% restocking fee and custom’s tax subjected to deducted from the refund. Custom made in nonrefundable.
